I'm Dipisha! I currently oversee Drive, an HR-tech company where tech passion meets opportunity by uniting talented Human Resources specialists, technology specialists, and first-time founders.Prior to my role at Drive, I helped manage a Women in Tech company, Elpha, collaborated with Product Engineering teams to enhance HR products at Always Designing for People (ADP), and partnered with Technology, Finance, and Human Resources across North American regions at companies such as American Express, Capital One, and JPM Chase.My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree encompassing Human Resources, Business, and Leadership. Additionally, I delved into Full Stack Engineering and Data Science with a concentration in AI and ML.
